Reverence Learning delivered a three-day interpersonal skills training for a multinational IT products company in the financial services sector in Manila, Philippines from 30 July to 1 August, 2019.
The training was delivered by Reverence CEO, Ramesh Kallidai to several delegates from the Global Services teams of Finastra, and covered various aspects of soft-skills covering themes such as ‘managing oneself’ and ‘managing others’, and introduced the learners to a set of core tool-sets that could help them in their roles.
“This is one of the core services we offer at Reverence,” explained Ramesh Kallidai. “What we try to do is to ensure that the training is actually practiced and becomes useful when the delegates go back to their day-jobs. This is where the real investment in training starts to show results.”
